The Board of Trustees of the Burgdorff Cultural Center shall meet at least once per year.

Responsibilities
The land and improvements thereon, commonly known as 12 Durand Road, Block 12-1, Lot 100A, Maplewood, New Jersey, granted to the Township of Maplewood by deed dated October 15, 1988, shall constitute the Burgdorff Cultural Center. The Burgdorff Board is established to oversee and administer the Burgdorff Cultural Center in accordance with the purposes of the Burgdorff Cultural Center.
